  • Do you price match?
    In most cases Yes. However, it must be an item offered online AND offered at regular price and not part of a seasonal sale or promotional offer. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
  • What is a Pre-Order?
    Pre-Orders allow you to purchase certain items before they are released for general sale by the clothing vendor.
  • When do Pre-Orders ship?
    Pre-Order ship dates will vary based on the availability dates provided by the vendor. Typically you can expect shipping within two weeks of the date noted in the item's description.
  • Do you ship outside of the US
    At this time we do not ship outside the US.
  • Can I track my package?
    Yes. All purchases will be emailed tracking links. If you placed an order and did not receive tracking details contact support@purebarrelife.com
  • What are your support hours?
    We are available via email and chat from 9 AM - 6 PM EST (US) most week days. If you are contacting us outside of this timeframe please leave us a message. We typically reply back within 24 hours.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Currently we do not offer a Gift Cards. This feature will be released in Spring 2024.
  • Will my purchase arrive before Christmas?
    We are still shipping items to arrive before Christmas. Place your order by 12/18/23 to increase chances of arrival by 12/25/23. We will notify you if shipping charges far exceeds what you have paid. Otherwise, we'll cover the extra charges!
